Job Description:
Local Facilities Maintenance company is looking for a professional employee that is a reliable team player that can work well with others, can multitask at times dealing with multiple project issues at the same time, is a self-starter, and can work without direct supervision.
A key requirement is a background in Facilities Maintenance or Building Maintenance.
An employee that has the general experience to communicate with contractors and general repair maintenance people about maintenance and building issues.
The employee would need to be well organized and follow company policies for client contact.

Communications is a key driver for our company, knowing how to research the internet, cold calling to find contractors, computer skills, to include emails and company data based programs.
You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone.
A flexible work schedule, at times would be needed, based on the work demand.
