DON/ADON This position is responsible for the following areas:
Primary:
Scheduling Timecard Management, ADP Program Central Supply ordering and distribution of supplies Coordinating, setting up of transportation and medical appointments for residents Secondary:
Assisting on the unit, as needed Placing medical orders Front desk receptionist area Tertiary:
Answering phones, to include, ascertaining messages from unit phones Transcribing medical orders, Assisting with medical records
Qualifications:
Education, Training, Experience, and Abilities High school graduate with training or experience in typing and telephone answering.
Any satisfactory combination of education, training, experience, or abilities in a related field.
Must be able to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision or other employee assistance after the training period is completed and do so without injury to oneself or other individuals.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English as to be understood effectively by another individual.
Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft programs, EMR, and PCC preferred.
